Returns Policy

Return of Rented Products:

  • Return Deadline: Customers must return rented products within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Late Returns: A late fee of 30% of the rental amount per day will be charged for returns after the 3-day period. If the product is not returned within 8 days, a late fee equivalent to 150% of the product’s retail price will be charged.
  • Condition of Returns: Products must be returned in satisfactory condition. Any damages will incur additional charges.

Return of Purchased Products:

  • Final Sales: No returns or exchanges are accepted for purchased products. All sales are final.

Refunds Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cancellations and returns will be processed within 15-45 days, depending on bank/payment gateway policies.
  • Third-Party Gateways: Refunds are processed through third-party payment gateways. EOR is not liable for any delays or failures in the refund process but will take reasonable steps to ensure timely processing.

Delivery and Pick-Up Charges

  • One-Time Charge: The initial rental fee includes a one-time delivery or pick-up charge.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional delivery or pick-up requests will incur extra charges, which the customer must pay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by EOR:

  • Right to Cancel: EOR reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Reasons may include product unavailability, payment issues, inaccurate customer details, delivery location restrictions, or any identified malpractice.
  • Notification and Refund: Customers will be notified via the provided contact details if their order is canceled. If payment has already been made, the rental amount or purchase price will be refunded within a reasonable time frame.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Customers can request cancellations only before the product is dispatched. Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking date or dispatch will receive a full refund.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date or after dispatch will result in partial or no refunds. All cancellation requests must be sent via WhatsApp.
