  One-Time Charge: The initial rental fee includes a one-time delivery or pick-up charge.

  Additional Charges: Any additional delivery or pick-up requests will incur extra charges, which the customer must pay.

  Return of Rented Products:

  • Return Deadline: Customers must return rented products within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Late Returns: A late fee of 30% of the rental amount per day will be charged for returns after the 3-day period. If the product is not returned within 8 days, a late fee equivalent to 150% of the product’s retail price will be charged.
  • Condition of Returns: Products must be returned in satisfactory condition. Any damages will incur additional charges.

  Return of Purchased Products:

  • Final Sales: No returns or exchanges are accepted for purchased products. All sales are final.
